(ELK kann diese Arbeit nicht übernehmen !)
Die Kosten hierfür circa. 150.000,–€, unverbindliche Schätzung.
Ja, wir können den Kontakt zu einer Firma herstellen, die diese Arbeiten für Sie ausführt.

3) Alle nötigen Baunebenkosten fallen bei Ihnen an.

4) Sie benötigen eine passende Bodenplatte oder einen passenden Keller.

5) Die Treppe ist an eine Betonwand angeschraubt. Entweder Sie gießen eine neue Betonwand oder Sie kaufen sich eine andere Treppe

6) Wir benötigen bitte eine Finanzierungsbestätigung von Ihrer Bank.
